    \item Of the 31 members of the \acldm{} 13 have so far not paid
      their 2017 dues.  Two of these (\#24 and \#35,37) are deemed not
      collectible at this time.  These rest are expected to pay or
      make arrangements to pay over the next month (February).
    \item Wil mentioned that the best way to reach Oscar (\#9) is
      through his gardener Lupe.
    \item We have \$55,000 pesos in our checking account and \$209,000
      pesos in our investment account.

    \item We have not received a new contract for trash collection.
      It is not clear when the renewal date is, exactly.  We expect a
      10\% increase over last year because of the rise in fuel costs.
    \item The Villa Alta wall has been extended, completed, and
      factura'ed.  The total cost was \$86,650.50.  
    \item Five water meters have issues of various sorts and need
      attention.  Our water meter plumber, José Luis Gonzales, will be
      directed to address these issues.  
    \item The pipe installed in the arroyo has been reported to the
      Ecological department four times now.
    \item Sylvia submitted plans for her casita which were approved
      unanimously 
    \item Armindina has asked for her construction deposit to be
      returned.  Tim raised the issue that the road leading up to
      Villa Alta has been damaged and should be repaired.  The board
      decided to return her deposit without further deductions.
    \item Tim and Wil discussed the state of the arroyo above Villa
      Alta.  They decided that Tim and Arturo will try to look at the
      arroyo and see if the repair suggested by Arturo is feasible.
      The expense allocated for this repair is \$37,000 pesos.
